1. How can I pay?

We use Shopify Payments and Paypal to give you  secure payments.

2. I have encountered a problem while placing my order, can I speak to someone?

3 .How do I receive my invoice after ordering?

You will receive an email with your order details shortly after your order has been processed.

4. How long do the perishable goods last?

We provide best before dates on the individual product information. Please check in advance if you are planning your wedding or event far in advance.

5. I'm not happy with the personalised order I placed, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on personalised or perishable goods unless faulty. Please see our 'Returns' section for more detailed information.

6. I have received faulty goods, how do I return these?

We are able to offer free returns for any items that may arrive in a faulty or damaged condition. Please see our 'Returns' section for more information.

7. Can you help me to find a different range/similar items in different colours that I can't find on the website?

We will always try our best to seek out the perfect favours from our suppliers not listed on our website where possible. We will always try to make your special day perfect. Please email info@theweddingfavourcompany.co.uk for assistance.

8. I received an email saying an item is sold out, when will it be back in stock?

We will do our best to fulfil all our orders but sometimes the items are out of stock at our suppliers. We will inform you when the item(s) are back in stock and if we can't supply your item(s) we will try to offer an appropriate alternative.

9.How do I make an order?

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' and you will be asked to choose Shopify Payments or Paypal. If you choose Paypal you will be redirected to Paypal to complete your purchase. You do not need a Paypal Account to do this.
